Enjoy green spaces on the rooftops with a traditional roof garden that reflects the beauty of authentic Islamic and Iranian architecture, with integrated engineering implementation by Radkan Office.
Blending Traditional and Modern Architecture
This project features a harmonious fusion of traditional and modern architecture, preserving the skyline and harmonizing with the building’s classic facade. The rooftop was designed in a traditional spirit using brick, stone, and wood, giving the space a warm and authentic feel.
Traditional Ventilation System
The elevator room, often considered an undesirable element of the facade, has been redesigned here in the form of a traditional ventilation system, becoming a symbolic element that enriches the architectural landscape of the building’s rooftop.
Linear and Volumetric Fountains
The use of water in linear and volumetric fountains combined with natural stone creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
Sunken Ponds, Terraces, and Pergolas
These elements add diverse spaces for seating, relaxation, and entertainment, enhancing the rooftop’s usability for the building’s residents.
Turquoise Latticework
As one of the most prominent elements of Iranian architecture, turquoise lattices add depth and authentic beauty to the design.
Hiding Technical Equipment
Through a clever design, pipes and engineering equipment were hidden from view to maintain the visual appeal of the space.
